My Story
Hi, I'm Lark the Marketing Shark as I'm sure you saw in the video. I know I am young, but I also know that I have a lot to offer. Here is a little bit more about me.
All of my life I followed the norm and rarely strayed. I grew up with 2 older sisters and great parents. We were told that we could do anything we wanted to do in life and were pushed to getting our education in order to get a great career. That's exactly what I did. I graduated High School and without even thinking of what I really wanted to do, I jumped into a University course that was simply interesting. I thought that I would get a great job from it but only ended up with government jobs that I absolutely was bored with. Spreadsheet after spreadsheet, meeting after meeting and low paycheck after paycheck I was simply losing interest. Nothing was challenging and I was not being stimulated by the work.
In order to really succeed and enjoy what you do, you need to be passionate about it. I really struggled with this. I thought, well government jobs have great benefits and I get weekends and holidays off. I thought that was pretty good compared to some jobs that my friends or sisters had. So I stuck with it for several years, got comfortable and settled.
My fiancee brought another side out of me. A side that was hidden from childhood that really wanted to escape. I was shy as a child and afraid of making mistakes. I was a rule follower and I judged myself before I spoke to someone. I was self conscious and bashful. I was happy, but scared on the inside.
I needed a change....I was getting depressed.
About a year ago, my fiancee helped me discover the world of online opportunities... yah yah yah I thought. That Mary Kay stuff NEVER works. I can't even talk to people without blushing, how can I sell stuff and actually make an income out of it.
Well we knew the right people and started an online business that is actually legitimate. I did it part time sometimes during and after work. I like learning and studying and this network marketing world was all new and exciting to me. This is what I needed.
Let's fast forward... I quit my job to pursue this and the first few months were hard, I had so much to learn and implement I was a little overwhelmed. Once I learned how to take one thing at a time and knew I didn't have to be good at everything at once, I was able to really focus.
The best thing for me is the changes that I have gone through. People see me now as outgoing instead of shy. I am funny rather than bashful, I am confident and creative. I am a smart, unique individual who is respected and has lots to offer. I do not care about being judged and I am not settling for a mediocre lifestyle.
Learning how to be the best version of yourself can take people decades, therapy and tons of heartache. It took me about 6 months and I'm finally happy with who I am and what I do.
You need to master your mindset and be the best you before being successful with anything online. So many people fail at this because they are afraid of what people will say. Being educated in how to overcome this has changed my life.
Now, my confidence shines through and when you are confident, you will see your income and sales go up. See, it matters more who you are rather than what product you are selling. Learning how to master yourself is the first step towards a lifestyle of your dreams.
I started making money in my first month and once I knew I could make 1 sale, I knew I could make 10000.
People always say.. you're so young, what inspires you to be successful?
Well... I have my goal income in my mind and won't stop at anything to get it. I wanted to not worry about money anymore and have more freedom. I didn't want to commute to work or have a boss make my schedule for me ever again. I wanted to be a somebody. Not your average rule following girl. That's not me anymore. I've grown up fast, I'm more mature than girls my age because I've educated myself on my desires and ways to be successful.
I see income as the side product of this business. The real value comes from the training I get, learning from millionaires themselves and being pushed to continually train and succeed definitely helps motivate me to keep going. I work with a team. We want each other to be successful, we want to show the world that there are other opportunities. We want people to have time freedom, income and be able to travel and help others.
I don't want to ramble, but I hope this gives you a good example of how I came to be where I am today. I know I will relate to a lot of you, young, old, male or female. We all have different reasons for doing what we do, but we all have a part in us that wants to be a better person and live a better life. You can do this too, and I would love to be a part of your journey.

Once a month they will get on a call with all members and share with us their newest ideas for the company. This month we launched an online university program.

The company has a business coach staff that will call leads for you, email them and keep notes in your back office.
Your leads are taken care of with an automated sales e-mail sent to them every 2-3 days to help convert them to buyers.
Online forums, pop out chat, Skype contact info, emails, sponsors you name it, they are all there to help you and you will be able to find an answer to any problem fast.
Calls/webinars/training
Every Monday to Thursday the vice president of leadership does a 15 minute “wake up call” his stories are very inspiring and by the end of the call, you are ready to work harder than you did yesterday.
Every Monday night there is a call from leaders and top earners in the
industry.
They share their thoughts and experiences with what works and what doesn’t with online marketing. They show how they use their creativity and experience to generate 6 figures a year with this business.
Tuesdays –Fridays are also full of other calls and webinars covering marketing, building your list, converting leads, personal development and mindset. There is also a user orientation call for anyone new that joins
All of these calls and webinars are recorded and kept in the archives section. There is over 500 hours of training in our back office.
Events
Every year the team holds an event (usually in an exotic location). We get to meet like minded individuals and network with top earners. The events are all day and cover the latest trends in online marketing, mindset tips and what works best for your marketing budget. These events are full of positive people and great energy. They are eye opening and will change the way you think about yourself and your business.
